I am a natural bodybuilder, powerlifter, and strength & nutrition coach. My focus is on creating structure towards definite success, and getting people out of their own way by improving clarity and empowerment through proven exercise, nutrition, and mindset strategies.

I have competed on an international level in natural bodybuilding and have an impressive client success rate with multiple overall competition winners, an international client base, and PRO status client achievements.

Jackson Peos

Jackson is a competitive boxer, bodybuilder, rower and sports nutritionist, currently completing his PhD in Clinical & Sports Nutrition at the University of Western Australia. He has completed a BSc in Sports Science, and Exercise & Health, and an Honours degree (First Class) in Exercise Physiology. Jackson’s research focuses on novel strategies for maximising performance and muscle retention while reducing body fat. He has also directed the largest athlete weight-loss trial in Australia, and the first randomised controlled trial investigating diet breaks in weight-trained athletes.

Mac Baker

Training (der), influencing the way I look, feel and enjoy life through nutrition, anything beach related, $6 filter coffee (currently at novice level on the scale of 1 to Luke Tulloch), dessert style foods (namely gelato), talking to smart people who are doing some of the things I want to be doing, and learning from them. Becoming a smarter person, and driving my BMW M3.

Jacob Schepis

Jacob Schepis is the owner & director of JPS Health & Fitness, where he has helped thousands of individuals improve their strength, body composition and well being through evidence based resistance training and nutrition.

Taking a scientific based approach to training and diet has enabled Jacob to excel in a variety of sports, including playing VFL, bodybuilding, where he has won multiple state and international titles, along with competing in the International Powerlifting Federation, where he has competed at a national level and achieved a top 8 Ranking in Australia.

Working in the fitness industry for over 8 years, Jacob’s wealth of knowledge coupled with his experience in the trenches has led him to become one of Melbourne’s most sought out trainers.

His role extends far beyond working with his beloved clients, to now mentoring aspiring personal trainers, holding workshops and seminars, and writing for the nations personal training governing body, Physical Activity Australia.His motto is simple, whatever the mind can conceive, can be achieved.

Brandon Kempter

Brandon Kempter is the founder of BK conditioning and life time Natural Body Builder. He has competed successfully in body building across multiple federations since a teenager, earning his Pro card in 2016 and competing internationally.

He has worked in the fitness industry since 2012 and has successfully coached natural athletes from amateur to pro international level.

Brandon would be best described as a perfectionist with a passion for the science and application of evidence based nutrition and training relating to body composition manipulation. He is extremely outcome orientated and is committed to getting the best results for his clients through the application of well strategised methodology and creating quality relationships.

Kyle Webber

As you may have gathered, I coach regular people towards success in physique competitions. It all began back at a primary school swimming carnival; when I realised I was too embarrassed and ashamed of my body to take off my rash vest.

I had my share of disordered eating as a kid – at 10 years old, I remember looking at myself and hating my ‘man boobs’. I would refuse to eat breakfast… lunch… dinner… in hopes to lose my ‘baby fat’ and look like the other kids. I started exercising… LOTS. 3-4 hours of riding my bike every day, desperately wanting to fit in with the skinny kids at school. At 14, I discovered bodybuilding.

I threw my body image issues right into the sport that fuelled it most. I trained for 4 years for my first show, punishing myself daily with excessive exercise and starvation. After stepping on stage at a whopping 57kg and getting smoked, I knew there had to be a smarter way.

Over the next 10 years I kept training, dieting & competing. Fully entrenched in the ‘lifestyle’, I educated myself on how to achieve balance in my life. How to succeed without obsession, and how to actually look in the mirror and smile at my body. My goal today, is to pass these lessons onto all those who resonate with my story.

Alicia Gowans

A hugely prominent and respected figure in the fitness industry. Alicia is the current World Champion in the global World Beauty Fitness & Fashion (WBFF) Fitness +35 Diva category. She was inducted as a Global Ambassador for the WBFF and in 2017 was awarded the prestigious Female Model of the Year award. Earning her Pro-Card 3 years ago, she has immediately taken a huge role within the WBFF and won 3 Crowns in International Pro Shows around the world.

Alex Thomas is not only an experienced Clinical Accredited Sports Nutritionist, he is also the Australian Ambassador of the ISSN (International Society of Sports Nutrition), and was one of the first qualified CISSN in the country. He is co-creator of the Metabolic Health Screen, and is passionate about up-skilling Personal Trainers in Applied Sports Nutrition, and providing them with legitimate education, qualifications and insurance to ensure they have successful and sustainable career as Accredited Sports Nutritionists.
